At the Ristorante da Franco we stopped hungry after a 100 km bike tour after we had moved into quarters. Whether pizza or pasta, it tasted particularly good here. The pizza was well topped with fresh ingredients. The staff was very attentive and nice. It was the cooler summer evening. That's why we got blankets for the space outside the Ristorante. Decoration at the table was good too. 5 out of 5 stars.

Regardless of whether you come spontaneously or with prior reservation: the team makes everything possible. Of course something can go wrong, but it is not only made wet with a smile or a casual saying, but with accommodating behavior and the simply great atmosphere, both inside and outside on our beautiful market square. Open to new things, not afraid of (culinary) changes. Please keep it up!

Unfortunately I have to give a star to give a rating. So the customer is definitely not king here, the management is unable to deal with criticism or suggestions. Instead, you will be advised that there are also other restaurants. The new menu has nothing to do with what a regular customer is used to. 18 € for a burger menu? 4.90 for a portion of French fries? You can eat cheaper even in Munich. As a local guide, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

In my opinion the best restaurant in Holzminden. Here, emphasis is placed on the origin of the products and their quality and the whole is combined with a young and modern kitchen. Almost everything is made by hand, which is no longer so common these days and you can taste it too! I was very surprised to find such a restaurant in Holzminden, something I only know from other cities like Cologne, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt or Berlin - an absolute highlight for me.

A very nice place. The burgers in particular are more than recommended. The service as always nice and friendly. We will be back definitely.

Here you can sit very nicely on the Holzminden market square and enjoy a glass of wine. The pizza was super delicious, the wine nice and cool and the service very friendly. Some sayings may be a little too casual, but it's a matter of taste.

Great staff and great drinks and food. Every request will be taken into account immediately. Despite the bad weather and reserved tables outside, a great solution was found and a barn cleared especially for us. We look forward to next year. Restaurant is just to be recommended. Great team. Consistently delicious food, the homemade thirst quenchers are also delicious. The ribs couldn't be more tender and are also very tasty. Everything is homemade and the ingredients are regional, but unfortunately it shouldn't be that way. Generally you feel very welcome and I am excited to see what else comes from you. We will definitely be back!

We ordered pizza three times and were all excited. Especially in rural areas, the pizza is sometimes superimposed with cheese, that was not the case here - for me a quality feature. The thirst quenchers were exceptionally delicious and a great change from the standard drinks. Atmosphere and service was also great. In the future, gladly again!

Great card everything tastes great and always fresh. New very refreshing drinks sweeten the stay. My favorite pizzeria. 👌😍👌
